I hold space for people ready to look inward and tend to their energetic well-being.

I’m Sarah Sophia, a healing practitioner, community leader,  resiliency and self-care coach with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals, groups, and businesses through transformational journeys. I am certified in Yoga teaching, Reiki Energy, Shamanic Practices, Somatic Practices, Breathwork and have an MBA in Sustainable Business. I offer healing sessions, resiliency coaching and business transformation coaching. My approach is both gentle and direct, intending to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and attuned, while also guiding you clearly to the root of what is ready to shift. I believe true healing and transformation happens when we are held and invited into honest connection with ourselves. My goal is to hold space for you to realign with your highest potential. My greatest impact happens when I help clients realize their own untapped strength and resiliency through all the twists and turns of this human experience.

So, what is energy healing?

Energy healing is a way of supporting the parts of you that can’t always be seen—but are deeply felt.

Just as we care for our physical body, we can also care for our energetic field. Stress, life experiences, and unresolved patterns can create tension or “blocks” in this system, often showing up as fatigue, overwhelm, disconnection, or a quiet sense that something feels off. Energy work helps bring awareness to these areas and supports your system in returning to balance.

This work is both intuitive and collaborative. It’s not about fixing you. You are not broken. It’s about creating space to reconnect with your center, restore your energy, and move through life’s challenges with more clarity, calm, and resilience. Through practices like Reiki and shamanic energy work, Sarah Sophia supports your nervous system, your energy field, and your connection to yourSelf and the Divine.

Many people are drawn to this work when they feel ready for something deeper. What to expect during your session

A session begins with a gentle arrival. You’ll be welcomed into a calming space, offered warm tea, and invited into a relaxed conversation about what’s bringing you in. This is a time to settle your nervous system and begin arriving fully into the present moment.

From there, we’ll transition into the healing room or library,  where the session opens with a guided meditation. This helps you soften, open your senses, and begin tuning into your energetic body.

If we move into the energy work, my role is to support the natural flow of your energy. I tune in, notice where there may be areas of tension or blockage, and offer gentle prompts, questions, or cues to guide your awareness and deepen the process.


Coaching sessions will flow based on client needs.

Throughout the session, I use a variety of supportive tools and modalities, which may include Reiki (touch or non-touch), crystal work, sound healing, shamanic practices, LightWork and somatic techniques such as gentle movement. I may also call on spiritual support to assist in the work—always in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and aligned with your experience.

At the end of our session, I may offer gentle suggestions you can explore at home to continue supporting your healing.

Folks who engage in these sessions often leave feeling more grounded and clear, with a renewed inspiration to turn inward in their day-to-day lives.

What if I'm new to energy work?

Welcome! You don’t need any prior experience to benefit from this work beyond an openness to hearing/sensing from beyond the limits of the mind.

Q:
How long does a session typically last?

Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes. I recommend starting with a 90-minute session, and suggest follow-up sessions for 30 or 60 minutes.

Q:
Do you offer virtual or off-site sessions?

Yes, I offer both virtual and off-site sessions. We can find an option that best supports your comfort and needs.

Q:
How often should I book a session?

It depends on what you’re navigating and the level of support you’re seeking. Some people benefit from weekly or biweekly sessions, while others come in as needed.

Q:
What if I just want to talk/vent?

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are. If you need to talk, vent, or be heard, that is part of the space we create together.
